Our most common payment method is ACH. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Absolutely! Our owners sign their own leases. -
Do you sell real estate too?
At this time, we do not sell real estate and only manage properties. However, we have an amazing referral network of local realtors that we can get you in contact with! -
How and when do I get my checks?
Our owner payments are done on or before the 15th of each month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent is collected before the 5th of each month. Tenants can pay online via their tenant portal or provide a check. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
The length of a lease varies by property. It is up to the homeowner to decide what leasing term works best for them! Our most common lease agreement is 12-months and our shortest lease agreement is 3-months. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Our standard security deposit is 1-months rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can have your home up and running in just 3 days! -
What type of properties do you manage?
At this time, we only manage residential properties. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Coastal Rentals holds all deposits in trust.
