Can you hold a place before I apply?
At this time, we do not accept holds for any properties. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We collect the first month’s rent along with the security deposit. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be at least 18 years of age to apply. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Your deposit is refundable with the exception of any repairs, carpet cleaning and move out cleaning that would need to be completed upon move out to restore the home to move in status. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Anyone who does not meet our minimum screening requirements will require a cosigner. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply on our website here. -
How do I pay rent?
We offer several options for paying rent. You can pay via Aclt or credit card in your tenant portal, or we accept checks mailed to our office. All payments are subject to processing fees. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
You would need to ensure that your property is pet friendly, fill out appropriate forms, and pay your pet deposits and rent. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
We require all tenants give at least a 60 day notice. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
If there is an issue with the repair of the property, Coastal Rentals will address your issues. In the event the issue is more than normal wear and tear or user error, the tenant will be charged.
